The current Board Members—Lachlan Hough, Kevin Knee, Ben Van de Bunt, Tom Hoberman, Teri Taylor, and Mechelle Sinclair—have all agreed to continue serving. Vicki Hough is stepping down, and Dan James has agreed to serve again.

If no additional nominations are received, the above-listed Board members will be elected by acclamation, and no election will be held.
