  • Sandyland Cove has a few ways for residents, guests, and deliveries to access the community through the main entrance gate. Contact Sandyland Cove Operations for assistance with any of the options below.

    Resident Gate Access

    My2N Mobile App | Smartphone

    Use your smartphone to open the gate with a simple gesture when you're nearby.

    Setup: Contact Sandyland Cove Operations to activate access.

    Vehicle RF Tag | $15 per Tag

    An RF tag attached to your vehicle automatically opens the gate as you approach.

    Purchase: Available through Sandyland Cove Operations for $15 each.

    Guest & Delivery Access

    Temporary Gate Code | Recommended for Visits

    Request a temporary code for guests, contractors, or service providers. Codes can be shared as needed during the scheduled visit.

    Setup: Contact Sandyland Cove Operations with the requested start and end dates.

    Gate Intercom | Phone Access

    Guests and delivery drivers can use the intercom directory to call your phone. Simply press 9 during the call to open the gate.

    Setup: Contact Sandyland Cove Operations to add or update your phone number.

    Delivery Recommendations

    • Encourage delivery drivers to use the gate intercom.

    • Use temporary codes - codes get passed around quickly

    • When possible keep deliveries during 7:30 am - 5:30 pm. If an early package delivery is necessary, please arrange access in advance.
