To help preserve the character, safety, and appearance of our community, we ask residents to submit this form during the planning phase of any exterior maintenance, landscape improvement, construction, repair, or renovation project. Please complete the form to the best of your ability with the information available at the time of submission.

If additional plans, documents, or information are required under the Building Guidelines or CC&Rs, the Architectural Committee will request them during the review process. No project may begin until an approval letter has been issued by the Architectural Committee and a signed Construction Clearance Form has been received.
